I have been trying to call in for results for a month now and I cannot ever get through on the phone. One day I did manage to make it to the surgery and they closed early as they were short of staff. I also cannot get immunisation for travelling here. Hopefully if the results were bad they would have called me.

Very friendly, kind and helpful receptionists. Caring, gentle and knowledgable nurses. Gp's are caring and involve me with my son's illness and care plan.

I recently moved to Aylesbury and only joined this surgery a couple of months ago. I work nearly 50 miles away but do commute every day and it is not easy finding the time to get an appointment when there doesn't seem to be a booking system in place. When you do phone up and try and make an appointment so you can book the time off of work you are told you can only phone up at 8am and hope there is an appointment available. Obviously that is not good enough for me and others that work away from Aylesbury. I currently have concerns about my health and have never before received the sub standard healthcare from any other Dr's surgery. I think its time to find a new practice as this one is obviously far too busy for patients.

Since the building alterations at this surgery, the service levels have dropped dramatically. The receptionists do not seem to care and have no customer service. When you phone for an appointment at 8.00 am you cannot get through. I think the practice has got too big and is not being managed effectively enough.

Tried twice to see a GP. Once for my 8 year old son was told the on call GP would call me back to see if it was urgent enough for him to see someone. No one called me back. I called again receptionist said there was nothing she could do other than leave a note for the duty doctor, still no one called me back. I have tried to get an appointment for myself no doctors available. Duty doctor called me back and agreed to leave a prescription for me without seeing me. I have since tried to make an appointment and been told over 4 week wait for an appointment.
